The statistical population of the study was made up of operating room personnel of Isfahan hospitals, 160 people were randomly selected as a sample using Morgan&#39;s table. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and its reliability and validity were measured through Cronbach&#39;s alpha and confirmatory factor analysis, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The research findings indicate that social skills have a direct, positive and significant effect on the psychological well-being of operating room personnel. Also, social skills have a direct, positive and significant effect on emotional intelligence. In addition, emotional intelligence has a direct, positive and significant effect on the psychological well-being of operating room personnel.
